All the nurses were very kind and care

the Doctor was great the receptionist answering the phone needs to find a job she is happy with. Also if we are made to wait for over 1 1/2 hours someone should be assigned to explain the delay so we don't have to wander around the hall looking for someone to make sure we haven't been placed into a room and forgotten about.
