Individuals & Families
CHRISTUS Health Plan includes coverage for prescription drugs managed through Express Scripts (ESI). The Plan includes coverage of generic drugs, as well as many brand-name drugs, non-preferred brands and specialty drugs.
Medicare Advantage
The CHRISTUS Health Plan Generations Medicare Plan includes coverage of Medicare Part D prescription drugs, as well as, those covered under Medicare Part B.
US Family Health Plan
US Family Health Plan includes coverage for prescription drugs managed through MaxorPlus. The Plan includes coverage of generic drugs as well as many brand-name drugs, substitution medications, specialty medications and smoking cessation.
