Prescription Refill

You have several convenient options to refill your prescriptions:

Online 

You can either use the Quick Refill by submitting your refill number and birthdate or create an account using the MaxorPlus Member Portal. This will make future visits fast and easy. 

Member portal feature:

  • Refill prescriptions, view/print/download prescription history, pharmacy locator linked to Google Maps, update/add phone number, address and credit card
  • The Member Portal is secure. The data is encrypted, and each login is authenticated for a secure user session.

For your first order, please speak to a MXP Member Advocate and provide your correct mailing address and payment information.
Additionally, have your prescription number ready to enter along with your birthdate.

If you are transferring a prescription for another pharmacy, please have your prescription bottle ready to give the complete information to the MXP Member Advocate – including pharmacy name, pharmacy phone number, prescription number, and name of the drug.

*long term, maintenance medications you take regularly must be filled through MXP Mail Order Pharmacy or a Maxor Pharmacy.

The copayments using Mail Order (MXP) remain the lowest copayments available. In addition to lower copayments, you can fill up a 90-day supply of medication using Mail Order (MXP). This can save you over $600 per prescription per year in copayments. If you are not using Mail Order (MXP), call Maxor customer service toll free at 866-408-2459 and ask how to move your prescriptions over.
