Samantha Baginski DOSamantha Baginski, DO

Sam Baginski was raised in St. Charles, IL and obtained her undergraduate degree in chemistry and Hispanic studies at Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington-Normal, IL. She then completed medical school at Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, IL. After medical school, she left Illinois and travelled down here to San Antonio to complete her residency at the UT Health San Antonio Family and Community Medicine Residency program and eventually served as chief resident.

Sports and being active have always been an important aspect to her life, she grew up wake surfing, paddle boarding and wakeboarding at lakes in the Midwest. She also has played tennis throughout her life and continues to play in leagues around San Antonio today. Within the field of sports medicine, concussion management is of particular interest to her and she is looking forward to continuing to develop her knowledge of sports medicine in general. She is incredibly excited and honored to be joining the CHRISTUS Health Santa Rosa team and becoming a Primary Care Sports Medicine fellow.

Dallin Walker, DODallin Walker, DO

Dallin Walker was raised in Dallas, TX and attended Duncanvile High School before earning a bachelor of arts in Film and Media Arts with a minor in Latin from the University of Utah. While in undergrad, he met his wonderful wife. After college, he attended medical school in Fort Lauderdale, FL at Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dallin completed his residency in family medicine at Piedmont Columbus Regional Medical Center in Columbus, GA.

Dallin became interested in sports medicine during residency rotations which included helping soldiers at Fort Benning and athletes at Auburn University. He is humbled and eager to continue his medical training as a fellow in sports medicine at CHRISTUS Santa Rose Primary Care Sports Medicine.

He plans to use his training in osteopathic manipulation, family medicine, and sports medicine in care of adults in Texas. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children playing board games, going on bike rides, and traveling.
